How To Order

Here at Nikki Nailed it, we've made placing an order with us as easy as possible. You'll generally follow the same steps when ordering most of our items, with a few subtle differences here and there. But don't worry, this article will provide a step-by-step guide on how to place your order with us.

How To Place An Order

• Step 1: Add product(s) to your basket

On the product page, you can choose your preferred shape, size, and quantity. There's a handy sizing guide available in the images of each listing, and you can also find it here - https://nikkinailedit.com/pages/sizing-guide

 

Size Options: You can choose either a standard size or custom sizing. If ordering a custom size, you'll click on the "Custom" option when choosing your size, and then please send us a message with your required sizes.

You can message us either through the little chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen, or via the Contact page which you can find here - https://nikkinailedit.com/pages/contact 

There is also the option of a Sizing Kit, or a Ready To Wear Sizing Kit, and these will provide the most accurate method of sizing if you are unsure. 

 

Personalisable Options: If you would like to purchase a product that requires personalisation, for example different colour options, please send us a message before placing your order and we will guide you through the next steps. You can get in touch with us in the same way as described above. 

 

Quantity Option: If we offer a quantity option for an item, you can add more than one item at a time according to your needs.

Once you are happy with your choice, click "Add to cart".

This is also where you could browse some other products and add them to your shopping bag, if you're looking to purchase more than one item.

• Step 2: Head to the Checkout

 

Go to your basket, by hitting the little trolley in the top right corner, to review the item(s) you've selected. Make sure you have chosen the correct shape and size for your nails. 

You can also make some modifications if necessary:

• You can add or remove items using the + or - buttons, shown in the image below
• You can completely remove an item from your basket by clicking the trash bin icon, also shown below

You'll also find any automatically applied discount codes here. Do you see how it says SPRINGSALE above the quantity on the bottom listing? That's an automatically applied discount!

If you're ordering a product that requires customisation, there's a box for you to input any required information on this page...

Once you've reviewed and made all required modifications, click the "Checkout" button and move to the checkout stage.

• Step 3: Complete order information

This is where you'll fill out your delivery and payment information. The screen will look something like this... 

Shipping Methods: Fill in your shipping address. You can find the full list of places we ship to here - https://nikkinailedit.com/policies/shipping-policy

 

Payment Methods: Choose your preferred payment method and fill in the payment information.

We offer a variety of payment options for our customers. Available payment methods may differ from country to country.

Add a Tip: If you'd like to show your support for the team (i.e Nikki), you can leave a tip here. This is optional, just leave "None" selected if you don't wish to leave a tip. 

 

Use of Coupon Codes: If you have a coupon code, enter it into the "Discount Code" box and click "Apply".

• Step 4: Submit your order

You can either hit "Pay Now", where you'll be asked to sign in to complete your order, or you can checkout as a guest.

The checkout as a guest option does not require you to create an account with us, but we will require an email so that we can inform you of delivery updates.

After Ordering

Once you've placed your order and completed the payment, you'll be emailed a confirmation once we have received your payment.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been accepted. If your payment doesn't go through or you have any issues with payment, please contact us at nikkinaileditgb@outlook.com

Sales Tax

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied at checkout.

Depending on your location, you may be required to pay some additional sales tax for your order once it reaches your destination country. 

Note - these taxes are based on your address and are state-mandated; we do not have any control over the amount.
