FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

• UK - Free Shipping (or £3.50 for Express delivery)
• EU - Flat rate of £4 for orders under €50
• International - Flat rate of £7 for orders under £50

Please be aware that international shipping can take 8 to 20 days, as delivery times can vary greatly depending on the destination. These delivery windows are not guaranteed. 

Evri aims to deliver items sent using the International Standard service within 5-17 days, depending on the destination. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied at checkout. However, some may occur once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nikki Nailed it is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at nikkinaileditgb@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
